Peter obtained his Law Degree at the University of Melbourne and was admitted to Practice in 1978.
Peter was Accredited as a Property Law Specialist in 1992.
Peter spent 28 years as a Lawyer in South West Victoria and ran his own firm in Cobden from September 1998 to Oct 2005 while at the same time assisting his wife Barb operate a Bed and Breakfast.
Peter and Barb and their two young boys moved to Melbourne in 2005 and Peter was appointed as a Principal in the Property Team at Macpherson Kelley Lawyers.
In July 2018 Peter established Mason Property Law to provide legal support and undertake PEXA settlements for RMBL Investments Limited.
Mason Property Law has since expanded and is a boutique firm specializing in acting for Property Developers and Private Clients for all their property and other legal requirements. The firm has grown rapidly in three years, from Peter being assisted by Caroline, to now having six members of staff including Peter’s wife Barb who assists with a number of administrative tasks.
